I've lived in Wilmington for almost 9 years now, and love it! I love being self-employed (enjoyed the beach today), and it's time to bring on a few more good clients!

So here's the pitch!
I'm a problem-solver to the core! I've been doing corporate computer support for about 16 years, and I love the people aspect of the business. People who hate technology (and pay on time) are my favorite! I like to come in and put technical issues into plain language concepts that can enable a business owner to understand the need for putting the right solutions in place:
Power protection (storm season is upon us!)
Data protection - frequent or real-time local backups, as well as an offsite backup for disaster recovery
Internet Security - keeping hackers, viruses, spyware and spam out so you can do your job
Documentation - - of your technology and it's configuration, as well as a disaster recovery plan.

Any business with more than 5 computers gets my first hour free, the introduction, preliminary inspection and verbal recommendations for improvements.

I also provide "second-opinion" consulting. If you already have an IT guy, but you want answers to your unanswered quesitons, like: "does the backup really work"? Give me a call.
