Stand Up Paddle Boarding

For any of you that may have seen pictures or recent races on the the ICW and maybe thinking about trying this sport, following is a video link to some basic instructions. The sport started in Hawaii a number of years ago and has found its way here just in the past two years. It's a growing water sport and now a number of local stores are selling and renting these boards and giving instructions. If you are a surfer or not, this could be your next sport to try out.
