Genworths recent study on Long Term Care costs show that In Home charges have grow much less than other health care services (i.e. Nursing Homes, Assisted Living facilities). When possible, being able to stay at home for care is the choice of most people. Obviously the level of care needed and expense considerations will be part of the decision.
