- I am from a small town near Binghamton,NY. I went to high school at Chenango Valley High. I graduated from SUNY Broome Community College in 1995. I did spend time in college in NC as well but finished up in NY in 1995. While in highschool and during college I raced professional motocross all over the country for 5 years. I have ridden motocross since I was 4 years old. My father was a promoter of regional and national motocross events in upstate NY. My family still resides in upstate NY. I still ride motocross a bit but I also enjoy mtn. biking, surfing, snowboarding,fishing,exercise, gardening, cooking, trying new foods and staying busy trying to be productive with something positive on a daily basis. I have a passion to help people which came from my grandpa Vic who was a kind and very giving man.

- Currently, I am a Realtor/Broker with a wonderful firm here in Leland, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty. I knew I was with the right company when the owner took time out of his busy schedule to meet me for lunch prior to making my decision to come on board as a Coldwell Banker agent. Tim Milam offered a very sincere comfortable feeling when I met with him. All the other agents in the company that I have met have been the same.
Referrals are available upon specific requests.
My ideal customer is one who can feel comfortable with me and not be afaid to communicate the good and the bad, likes or dislikes about the property I show them. Also, the ideal customer must be loyal and respect my time as much as I respect theirs. They are out their becuase I have worked with them and I hope to work with many more in the future.
