About me, my family, hobbies, interests: I have been a Wilmington NC resident for 10 years. I love the beach, boating, travel, architecture and working out. I enjoy meeting new people and networking with other young professionals in the Wilmington area.

Tell us about your company. Who are you interesting in meeting? Who is a good referral for you? Who is your ideal customer?: I am currently self employed and my expertise is the Human Resources Industry. My background encompasses the Human Resources arena, ranging from Benefits Administration, Personnel Administration and Recruiting.

Currently I provide Lawson Application Consulting to Lawson clients and Project Management assistance to clients who are implementing or upgrading ERP systems.

My Application Consulting responsibilities include: Assisting clients with system analysis of organizational HR processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency through Business Process Asessments (BPA), Assisting with system build recommendations and setup based upon business processes, Providing system support for HR, Payroll, Benefits, Personnel and Recruiting.

My Project Management responsibilities include the development as well as maintaining the following tools: High Level and Detail Project Plans using MS Project and MS Excel, Issue Tracking Logs, Decision Forms as well as Project Charters.

I am interested in meeting other Human Resources professionals in the Wilmington NC area. My ideal customer would be any business needing assistance in their Human Resources division. I look forward to meeting other Wilmington Business Online Professionals at future after hour events.
