Erin is originally from the western piedmont region of North Carolina. After spending her high school days hiking through the Blue Ridge Mountains, she decided to spend her college days at the beach – and loved it so much that she never left.
After earning her BA in psychology at UNCW, Erin worked for several years in the human services field. She spent four years working with adults with developmental disabilities, assisting them in their quest to achieve independent living. This experience provided her with invaluable information about the area and its resources, culture, and services.
In the transition from that career to real estate sales, Erin retained her desire to provide valuable and much needed services to people. As a real estate agent, she makes it a priority to stay informed about both local and national market activity, effective marketing strategies, and housing trends. She also continues to develop an extensive network of professionals in real estate related industries, and can help connect clients to the service providers they need. These connections paired with her knowledge of the area make Erin a great guide for first time buyers and people who wish to relocate to the area.
When she’s not working, Erin spends much of her time volunteering in the community. She currently serves on the local events committee for the Full Belly Project, volunteers with the New Hanover County public school system on a weekly basis, participates in the Cape Fear River Watch monthly trash pick-ups, and collects and ships care packages to troops stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan. She also enjoys down time with her kids, and can often be spotted with them at some of the many events around town including outdoor concerts, Fourth Friday Art Walks, and community theater productions.

I work for Intracoastal Realty, an exceptional company focused on providing first class customer service to all clients. From luxurious vacation homes on fabulous south east NC beaches to smaller first homes, all clients are treated as VIPs. I am interested in meeting anyone who has a real estate goal, period. If I feel I am not the best person to help you reach your particular goal, I am happy to refer you to one of my colleagues who's area of expertise matches your needs. My business has primarily focused on helping first time buyers achieve their dream of home ownership and helping people from other areas of the country find their niche as they relocate to Wilmington. I have recently begun to focus on loan programs to help low income families and individual obtain mortgages. I am aggressive with my listings, marketing them heavily through real estate websites and utilizing open houses to increase exposure.
