EXIT Coastal Connection Realty is the rebirth of the EXIT Realty Wilmington franchise office. We have existed as an office for some years now, but when threatened with closing, some of our agents gathered together the funding to buy the franchise. Our real estate "family", which had grown over the years was able to stick together. Now, we are looking to grow.

We are interested in meeting investors, agents who want to "think outside of the box", and business owners who provide quality services to real estate agents.
