Hello Wilmington Real Estate group, I would like to introduce myself to the group. My name is Stephen Smith and I am a Licensed General Contractor based in Wilmington NC. Steven - very inspired! I understand they are starting some cottages at Brunswick Forest that are 1000 sq ft - perhaps they would have product for you!

el Brant: I'm a firm believer in relationship sales! The best way, in my opinion, to build your Real Estate career is to stay focused, think outside the box, market yourself, and put yourself out there in order to meet new people! Feel free to come by and see me so we can brainstorm... I do this on a weekly, sometimes daily basis with other agents and it's really kept me motivated, given me new ideas and holds me accountable!

Sales are up and people are looking to buy. I don't pay any attention to the what they say on the news, I am paying attention to the sales activity in are area this past month. It's all good! I refuse to buy into the negative news. We are making it happen here. New Jersey, forget the bus, catch a plane.
