ROTH OR TRADITIONAL?

Many people are leaning towards the idea of a Roth retirement plan, IRA, 401k, etc.... What does "Roth" mean? Should I choose a Roth plan over a traditional plan? Which one is better? There is not a right or wrong answer. It is the idea of taxes now vs. paying taxes in the future. You are guessing what will happen in the future, which is impossible.
