Business leaders in the cape Fear Region should pay attention to this matter - it goes to the heart of what kind of place we want this to be and what we are willing to sacrifice in the way of positive, business-growing attributes to bring a few low-tech manufacturing jobs here.  I know, we need all kinds of jobs, but not at all costs.  The Titan folks miss the mark entirely by proposing to emit maximum pollution allowed by law despite the fact that cleaner technology exists.  They keep adjusting their proposal to avoid not just comprehensive review, but ANY review.  We need to draw a line!
